Boytek pigment pastes are composed of a specially formulated styrene free polyester resin and highest quality pigment powders. Since the carrier is also polyester resin, Boytek pigment pastes exhibit perfect compliance with gelcoats, epoxy and polyester resins.

In order to establish good coloring, the concentration of pigment pastes should not be less than 1% for polyester resins and 5% for gelcoats. Boytek does not recommend a pigment concentration over 20% since the final performance of resins and gelcoats could be negatively affected. Apart from its standard color range, Boytek supplies complete RAL and NCS range of colors. Batch to batch consistency of colors are assured by computerized color matching system.
