In the beginning, Boytek was established to produce alkyd and unsaturated polyester resins, but in 1982 the company focused only on polyester resin production. In the coming years, product portfolio included gelcoats, pigment pastes and MEK Peroxide. As the product versatility expanded, so did the demand. By 1999, second plant was in operation to meet the increasing demand. Today exports have reached to different parts of the world including Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

To complete the package, Boytek has become the sole distributor of Owens Corning Vetrotex glass fibre products and some other companies in Turkey.
